Check-in was seamless and easy. The pool area is beautiful, lush, and peaceful. We loved waking up each morning and lounging by the pool. There are great restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa looked exactly like the photos—modern, clean, and simple. It was perfect for our group. Rogelio is a responsive and excellent host. I would definitely book this villa again!

Rogelio's place was beautiful and such a great place for a getaway. We were within 15 mins of walking to cafes, restaurants and places to get bikes so we could hop around the town.<br/>The concierge set us up with everything we needed and was very prompt and responsive to any questions or things we needed.

Great place

Great place, modern and clean. Wifi worked well and amenities all same as listed. Showers were hot fresh water supplied daily and bagged ice. The vibe was great and it’s a perfect quiet location but you also feel somewhat safe. <br/>Few local stores and restaurants so gathering food and snacks and stuff is simple. <br/>Nothing to do with the place itself, but the taxi cartel in tulum charges $40-60 usd from Villa to beach so if you plan on being on the beach be ready to spend $100-200+ a day in taxis. Outside of that everything was great!

Stood at this villa for 3 nights with 4 adults & my 2 children the villa was beautiful. it was very spacious the rooms were perfect my kids enjoyed the pool. They had good air conditioning systems in each room Also the concierge was nice he explained everything about the house when we first arrived and he also responded quickly when ever I had a question. The villa was in a good area 5-10 min from the restaurants and beach and also very safe!

The space was perfect for our group of 8 to celebrate my bachelorette this past weekend. Rogelio was incredibly responsive, helping us with anything from bags of ice to organizing meals, reservations and taxis. The house was completely spotless and everything was in perfect working order, including WiFi. The only thing to note is that the pool is very small - we had planned to have a little pool party one day and had to change our plans since there weren’t many spaces to lounge and it didn’t get much sun. Additionally - make sure you are aware that the checkin time is strictly 4pm. We’ve already talked about coming to visit Villa Nimi every year - don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed! Our stay was amazing! Clean and beautiful. Check in was easy and straight forward. Kristy was our contact and she was very helpful with anything we needed. highly recommend!

The house is amazing for a party of 5+. We stayed for four days and we loved it! However there were a couple of things that didn’t go as planned. The wifi is doesn’t work on the top floor and our guests had to go to the bottom floor. We called the host and he had someone come out the first day but it still didn’t work. Also the cleaning service didn’t clean the bathroom that well but everything else was cleaned amazing. They changed the towels everyday and the kitchen was spotless. The concierge was AMAZING! Calixto planned the cenotes for us(WHICH WAS PRIVATE AND NO CROWDS) and even the swimming with the turtles. Both were 10/10. The massages were great too. Overall we had a great stay and would for sure stay again

Our stay in Tulum was nothing short of spectacular. We were very lucky to have booked Villa Nimi for our trip. My friends and I loved everything about it! The place is gorgeous, spacious, modern and impeccably clean. The team of hosts were so on point, exceedingly friendly and able to accommodate every request we had. <br/>Just like many guests who stayed at the Villa previously, we had a bit of a hard time finding the place. Victoria who was expecting us at the villa came to get us and courteously showed us the right way. We were blown away by how beautiful and stylish the Villa is. It is very well kept and sparkling clean. We didn’t spend much time inside as during the day we were exploring the city but every night we enjoyed the pool. It was so cozy and beautiful. You could hear birds and crickets and it almost felt like you’re in a luxury villa in Amazonian jungle. <br/>It was very easy to get around in a car. The main strip with cafes and restaurants is about 20 min away; there’re a few supermarkets close by. Our favorite place was Gypsy café, which is just about a 5-minute walk from the Villa. They sell and serve healthy and delicious gourmet food. We’ve eaten there quite a few times and got to meet the owner, the sweetest man. <br/>We had such an amazing experience that we’ll for sure be coming back, especially since the ruins and some other places we wanted to visit were still closed. It was my fifth time in Mexico, but it doesn’t seize surprising me with how many things there are to do there and how incredibly nice the people are. Tulum is definitely a gem; no wonder why it attracts so many tourists. Thank you, Nimi and the Team, for making our stay so wonderful!

This AirB&B is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! You truly feel like you are staying in the jungle! The home is clean and the A/C is great! We had no issues with internet, electricity, or plumbing. The concierge services are IMMACULATE! We booked a chef twice, many transportation rides, got massages, booked yoga, and rented bikes all through Shey and had zero issues! We felt safe the entire time, especially with the security guard on duty! I highly recommend Villa Nimi 10/10!

This is the perfect place for a bachelorette or a couples trip; even room provides privacy and the place is very well kept. We loved the layout. The concierge is SO responsive and was incredibly helpful. Our trip truly wouldn’t have been the same without it!

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children spent 5 nights at the villa and it truly was an amazing experience. We rented a car which made moving around Tulum very easy and the location is with 15 minutes of everything Tulum has to offer. The house itself is beautiful and the rooms are very private and the communal area is spacious for group gatherings. We cooked at the villa and were lucky there was a supermarket close by so we could purchase a few cooking utensils as the kitchen was not as well stocked as we'd hoped. This was a very minor issue for us. The pool was great and we lit up the grill one night. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet. We highly recommend Villa Nimi for large groups looking to be away from the hustle bustle of the main strip, yet still a short drive away.

Pros: <br/>- Nice house- much like photos<br/>- Extremely clean, maid was great<br/>- Location was okay, saved by some cute cafes nearby and an excellent restaurant, Asian Bodega<br/>- Management quick to respond to issues with house<br/>- Wifi was flawless and allowed my friends to work remotely<br/>Cons:<br/>- I tried to cancel over 2 months in advance due to serious family health issues and they would not consider so I felt forced to go on this trip.<br/>- Nickled and dimed- don’t bother with concierge. Offered to put very simple balloons in apartment then gave options between $300USD - $700+ USD that likely cost $10 USD. Quoted $50 USD taxi to go ONE MILE to dinner our first night (we stayed in and made noodles) I can’t even imagine what their other services cost.<br/>- No pool furniture outside of two pillows, despite photos

The place was beautiful and Carlixto and Julio were amazing as they responded to our requests, helped us get taxi when we needed. Definitely recommend their place

I came to this beautiful villa with my 8 bridesmaids for my bachelorette trip and it was INCREDIBLE!!! the concierge team was out of this world. excellent communication, helpful at all times, and helped us coordinate the best trip. can not recommend this stay enough. it is worth every penny!!!

Beautiful landscaping throughout the house. And especially loved the heated pool!!
