I could not recommend this stay more. The house is stunning, the location is convenient, and the concierge team is beyond incredible. They helped us with planning ahead of our trip and also helped coordinate rides, etc throughout our stay. I also highly recommend the personal chef service - they were wonderful to chat with and made an unforgettable meal.

Everything was awesome! House was beautiful and we felt super safe the whole time. There was plenty of room for 14 of us. Concierge was there within minutes for any problem or question we had. Highly recommend for big groups and the location is perfect.

Amazing experience! We stayed here for a bachelorette. House was extremely spacious and comfortable. Loved the amenities, maid service, and other perks like private chef. Concierge was super nice and responsive! 10 out of 10!

Thanks so much for our time and stay @ Casa Kookay!! We had an AMAZING time celebrating my boyfriends 50th birthday. I especially appreciated the timeliness, support and attentiveness to any and all issues that came up. We especially appreciated the personal chef services, bartending, mezcal tequila tasting and massages. They were also able to support with transportation, restaurant and beach club reservations. Our group of 11 were comfortable and happy with the accommodations. It was enough space to mingle in common areas and retreat to private areas as well. I highly recommend this villa!

We had such a wonderful time at Anna’s place in Aldea Zama! My partner and I were visiting Tulum with 6 of our friends for our joint bachelor/ette. The outdoor space was so perfect for all of us to hang out together, but there was also plenty of privacy for everyone with the beautiful bedrooms & en-suite bathrooms. The neighborhood was very quiet, and there were cute restaurants, cafes, & bars nearby. Anna’s entire team (special thank you to Mau for his coordination during our stay!) were so kind & very responsive. They helped us coordinate activities, and were so understanding & flexible when some of our plans changed last minute due to one of our friends getting injured. We had an absolutely amazing time!

We had a great time at Casa Kookay! Group of 10 had more than enough space! We used their team to book all of our additional services - transport, dinner reservations, cenotes, beach club, chef services. We felt safe and cared for. The communication was excellent and we were assisted every step of the way. We certainly recommend Casa Kookay for group trips!!

Casa Kookay was beautiful and met the needs of our group. Plenty of parking and very safe area. Concierge was very responsive before and during the trip. Helped us set up massages, cenotes recommendations and restaurant reservations. When we had minor<br/>issues, maintenance team was sent right over. Unfortunately we did not get the early checkin we requested. The mosquito situation is also real and they are hungry! Bring spray. Loved Tulum and house was close to eveything!

Nice location, manage to rent a car because it's too complicated to do everything by walk and taxi. The Concierge service is good to have to answer your questions. We came with kids, and we regret because we felt it is a more Adult design house than family one, but it didn't remove the fun we had.

Our group of 8 guys had an incredible time at Casa Kookay in Tulum.. the host facundo was incredibly responsive when we checked in. The concierge Shey was extremely responsive during our messaging interactions before the trip. The house is fantastic, exactly as described. We loved it!

This place is truly wonderful. There is daily maid service and the team helps you book everything all times of the day.<br/>From a cab, to dinners, a trip to Chichén Itzá, or even a massage — the team is ready, able, and willing to help.<br/>The house is beautiful and really well done. The A/C units are strong and can get it colored than you could want. You can’t drink the faucet water but they have a cooler on each floor of cold or hot filtered. <br/>There is a cute place for breakfast about an 8 minute walk away. Tulum downtown is about an 8 minute cab. And the beach is about 15-30 minutes (depending on where and the traffic).<br/>All in all it was an amazing trip, largely in part to the Casa Koókay team. When we go back to Tulum I will absolutely be booking with them again.

Beautiful house, has all the amenities you need and makes you feel like you are in a jungle oasis. Stunning!
