Beautiful home, great communication and was so helpful and felt safe!

We had the best time! The place looked exactly like the photos and the pool was so much fun! Make sure to bring pool toys like beer pong or etc…<br/>We played music from the outdoor surround sound and even enjoyed an outdoor bath from the master bedroom!<br/>Would definitely come back and stay here!

This was perfect for my 54th birthday celebration and mini-vacation. It was three of us and we each had our own room/space. We loved the location and the personal feel of this place, which includes the lighted pool, surround sound, cute furniture and smart tv. My friend would like to come back in June for her bday.

It was my first time in Tulum and had no idea what to expect. This villa was absolutely beautiful! We were located between the beach and the main strip so everything was a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic of course). It was also a very short walk to the town of Aldea Zama which had a 7/11, Pharmacy and a good amount of very affordable restaurants. The home was clean (some bugs on the floor every once in a while but we're in the middle of a tropical location so that's to be expected) and they came to clean them up promptly. Very easy to communicate. Pillows were harder than I'm used to but that was about it. Air conditioning and WiFi were great. Our speaker stopped working while we were there and they came to bring us a new one. Great recommendations from Claudia and they were even nice enough to come earlier than the assigned check-in time as the villa was clean and ready. Thank you!

Loved this place and highly recommend! It is beautiful, brand new and very clean. I was a little nervous at first because there were only a handful of reviews but that is because it was a brand new building. The master is downstairs and has a private garden. The upstairs has two rooms with a kitchenette so it was like having another apartment up stairs. The pool was perfect to sit outside and relax. <br/>The best thing though was the communication as you are provided with a full concierge team. They helped book taxi’s and can help with tours, private chef or reservations. I accidentally left my wallet in the taxi and they were able to contact the driver to bring it back.<br/>Overall, I absolutely loved this place and the whole team. Thank you all so much!

Beautiful place to stay which was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was exactly what was expected in the photos and in a safe area. In addition, the team was very easy to communicate with and helped the overall experience. They even let us check in early with no fee.

Beautiful place to stay. We stayed 3 nights, looks just like the photos. The aesthetics were gorgeous to take pictures. The host was very responsive and we had a chef cook breakfast for us while we stayed here. Would definitely stay here again if I visited Tulum again. Great for a girls trip or family with small children.
