The unit is beautiful & spacious looks like photos, except it’s on the 4th floor and elevators don’t work and a couple lights didn’t work in unit. Very limited 1 staff person staff, but was kind and attentive. The chefs were good, and The area was peaceful. The hospitality group that handles this unit is good & very responsive, but a bit overpriced for transportation to taboo and back $150 usd round trip, be prepared to spend that.

El departamento es bonito, bonitas piscinas, sin embargo el acceso es complicado, más que nada por el hecho de que las calles no están pavimentadas, y el acceso de noche es complicado de distinguir

Great location for a more quiet Tulum experience, and easy walking distance to a cenote and some boutique hotel restaurants. While the beach may not be as manicured like those at some of the resorts, the private pool on the porch more than makes up for that. The unit is well appointed, and the concierge team are very proactive and communicative throughout the entire process - even checking in during the stay to make sure everything is in order.

The view was amazing, if you are looking for a jungle type vibe this is the spot, spent 6 days in the penthouse located on the 4th floor just be aware the elevator was not working something to look into , having the private pool on top made a huge decision, clean indoor as well house cleaning was wonderful , Andrea and Rafael amazing at assisting us, be aware the road getting there is rough plan on getting a rental that can handle the roads very bumpy!

El departamento es muy bonito y está equipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar. La terraza con alberca privada es espectacular. Los anfitriones Andrea y Rafael siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros y resolviendo nuestras dudas. Si buscas un lugar en Tulum tranquilo y privado es tu mejor opción.

“Was it worth what you paid?” is a difficult question. Currently I would say no, as the dirt road to get to the condo is in terrible shape due to construction in the area. Potholes that can damage your rental car (get an SUV). Construction is literally right next door, and close enough to touch from the balcony. Work start around 730am until 6pm, Saturdays they work until 2pm, and there is no activity on Sundays. So if you want to relax in the private pool without prying eyes or noise, it’s evenings or Sundays only.<br/>The elevator is not working, so be prepared to haul your luggage and groceries up the stairs.<br/>Will it be worth it in the future? Once the road and elevator are fixed and the construction has completed the answer would be “yes”.<br/>The host is very responsive, and any issues we encountered were handled in a timely manner. The lady that cleans the unit is very friendly and polite, and we had no issues communicating via Google Translate. <br/>Great sunrises from the balcony.

Amazing sea views!!! peaceful and safe area, plenty of space for family vacation, private pool with ocean view and natural shade around 3-4pm, very responsive host! <br/>Just remember to grab groceries and bugs spray before coming to the bay, and be mindful of flight of stairs to fourth floor. Elevator was not functional at the time of our stay.

Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding en fijne communicatie. Wel ver van Tulum strand en lawaaierig door veel constructie in de buurt.

All I can say is wow! The location was beautiful! We were worried there wouldn’t be anything near by but there was a little store and plenty of restaurants walking distance from the location. The views were amazing of the jungle from the rooms and the beach from the other side. It was way better than expected and the host were extremely responsive and flexible! There is also a check in at a gate before entering the community so it gave a sense of peace for our family. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to visit.

The property is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. But the hot water wasn’t working on both the days we stayed at the place . The host tried to fix it but made it worse . The pipes broke and it flooded the entire living space. Just need maintenance fix but other than that the host was very responsive .

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment hat sich gelohnt! <br/>Es sieht aus wie auf den Bilder. <br/>In der Wohnung gibt es jedoch ein paar kleine Mängel an Schränken und der Bar. <br/>Die Baustelle nebenan war in der Anzeige nicht aufgeführt, als wir gebucht hatten. <br/>Die Arbeiter sind direkt neben einem, sodass man keine Privatsphäre hat.<br/>Die Arbeiten dauern von Montag - Freitag von 08:00 - 17:30 Uhr und Samstag von 08:00 - 13:00 Uhr. <br/>In Ruhe am Pool liegen ist nicht möglich! <br/>In der Anzeige steht nun, dass sich die Baustelle in der Endphase befindet. Das ist falsch!! Es ist ein Rohbau! Gerade wird der dritte Stock gebaut, bei dem noch keine Wände stehen. <br/>Bei der Buchung beachten!! <br/>Der Steg unten am Wasser gehört nicht zum Haus und ist nicht nutzbar, da kaputt. <br/>Zu dieser Jahreszeit kann man auf Grund des Seegrases also nur mit Hilfe des Kajaks ins Meer. <br/>Sehr schade.

L’appartement est très agréable et tout à fait conforme aux photos. La vue est tout simplement magnifique, et la piscine sur le balcon est un véritable atout. La décoration est de bon goût, et les lits sont particulièrement confortables. Les environs sont plaisants, avec deux ou trois restaurants accessibles à pied ainsi qu’une cénote à proximité.<br/>En revanche, l’immeuble dans son ensemble manque un peu d’entretien, et les travaux aux alentours génèrent beaucoup de poussière. C’est dommage également que le quai soit en très mauvais état.<br/>Les travaux ne nous ont pas trop dérangés, car nous étions souvent en excursion pendant la journée, mais il faut noter qu’ils ont lieu de 8h30 à 17h30, six jours sur sept.<br/>Ce n’est bien sûr pas de la responsabilité des hôtes, mais le problème des sargasses reste gênant : une odeur assez forte s’en dégage, et contrairement à certains appartements voisins, aucun personnel n’est affecté à leur nettoyage. N'hésitez pas à réserver surtout l'hiver.

Te espera una vista espectacular desde tu propio balcón con alberca privada y una excelente atención.<br/>Detalle:<br/>Reservamos 9 noches pero estuvimos muy poco tiempo en el hospedaje, todo muy limpio y acogedor, hay algunos juegos de mesa, un minibar y una red para limpiar los bichos de la alberca.<br/>La llegada fue autonoma y sencilla. El equipo de concierge estuvo al pendiente de cualquier duda desde el primer momento, resolviendo dudas, dando recomendaciones y ofreciendo servicios adicionales. No contraté ningun servicio porque ya teníamos itinerario lleno, pero de igual forma estuvieron super atentos.<br/>Pueden incluirte algun refresh o limpieza completa en función de tus días de estancia.<br/>Un plus el encargado del edificio (Javier), muy amigable y servicial.<br/>La playa es bonita, viajamos en octubre y había algo de sargazo sin olor. Recomiendo que lleven unos buenos aquashoes para poder entrar hasta el fondo, donde no hay rocas y la profundidad es bajita para nadar.

Getting to the apartment is a very bumpy so it’s a long and very slow drive. <br/>The elevator wasn’t at the property so getting to the 4th flour in the heat and with luggage was not the most convenient.<br/>The place is very beautiful, lots of space and nicely decorated. The views are absolutely beautiful as well. <br/>There is no access to the beach this time of the year because of the extreme amounts of sargassum so do take that into consideration when booking as we were not aware of it. <br/>There are washer and dryer in the apartment but apparently they’re not for the guess to use. And no extra blankets in case someone needs it. <br/>Overall I truly feel is a beautiful apartment with a nice view of the sea but the property as a whole needs quite a bit of maintenance.

Beautiful area, we just used it to sleep after doing different things through the day and didn’t have any issues with construction like others have stated. The view was beautiful, pictures match the description and host was great!

Muy lindo departamento , con una vista increíble a la bahía , hay varias opciones para comer cerca y el lugar es súper tranquilo! muy cerca de Tulum. Si recomiendo rentar auto para tener más opciones para hacer.
