We had a wonderful stay. Beautifully designed, sturdily built, and very well furnished. The whole place breathes quality. The house is much bigger than one would expect looking at the photos. The pool was great, and felt more like a private pool since we seemed the only family using it. The team was extremely responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

El lugar es muy bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, todos los espacios estaban muy limpios y ordenados, solo tuvimos un inconveniente al usar el fregadero de la cocina, pero estuvieron al pendiente todo el tiempo y pudieron solucionarlo,<br/>nos encantó el lugar, todos fueron muy amables con nosotros.

Overall great stay. The place was very clean and look just like the pictures listed. Villa was stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Also plenty of extra towels and linens stocked as well. Plenty of space.Great rooftop private plunge pool. Great staffalways responded when we needed them. The security at the front was there 24/7 so we felt safe at all times. The community is about 15 mins from the supermarket in a taxi, 15-20 mins in a taxi to Taboo and Pablo Escobar mansion. 15 mins to the beach….About 7 mins in a taxi to downtown tulum. We did have a hard time getting back to the property, none of the taxi drivers knew how to get back even with us showing them the address, nobody knew where this place was it’s very secluded and on a long dirt road. It’s a taco place close by that we had to keep using for a landmark. The taxis are expensive about $30-$40 to the beach and other areas one way. Our stay was great and we will definitely recommend staying at this place.

The apartment and building are very beautiful. Stylish, comfortable and generally really well considered. <br/>A couple things to be aware of (that will likely change at some point given some time)... but construction sound during the mornings and day were very noisy, the roads to the house were very bad dirt roads, and it's not really walking distance to anything.<br/>That being said, once construction was finished for the day, it was very quiet. <br/>The compound is incredibly nice and everyone was super helpful. We also got the feeling it was very safe. Rooftop private pool was a really enjoyable plus, and the whole space is really nice to exist in. We felt very comfortable there and would stay again!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our time at this property. From the moment we got there (and before) the concierge was on hand for anything we needed. They even anticipated things before I could ask, ie asking if we needed a taxi for an excursion they were aware of. The home was exactly as pictured and in fact even more gorgeous in person. I know others mentioned construction noise being an issue for them but the noise we did hear was extremely mild. It never disturbed our peace. Tulum is developing so I expected construction to be something we would have to contend with. The property is located right in the middle of downtown and the beach. I would keep in mind (as a NYer) it’s not the most walking friendly so be prepared to account for transportation. The space was clean and had everything we could have needed. The Wi-Fi was fast moving which was an added bonus. Please take advantage of the added things they offer. If I ever come back to Tulum I would stay here again.

A great, well designed, property which was bigger than we were expecting. It’s very stylish and the beds are extremely comfortable. We were out most of the day during our trip, doing activities, but we could easily have spent more time relaxing here (and we regret we never managed to use the small pool in the roof!).

What an absolute gem of a place, from the moment you enter this small and private community we were impressed with the beauty and aesthetic charm. Casa Coati spared no detail to make our stay as comfortable and luxurious in Tulum. The rooftop terrace with its own pool and a million dollar view was the icing on top. Definitely will come back!

Very peaceful, very secluded house with beautiful scenery. The house has 24 hour surveillance which gives you peace of mind.<br/>The only reason I did not give this house 5 stars is because we weren't allowed to use the washing machine. I discovered that there was a leak in the laundry room and when I brought it up I was told to seize using the washing machine. When I advised Mariano that I had not touched the machine I was called a liar, in a nice way. I had to pay $40USD to have my clothes washed which was irritating since there was a washing machine inside the house. The wifi was also an issue because it did not work half the time I was there. Other than that the house was great and I would consider staying there again.

It was an amazing experience. Pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s right next to construction so it’s a bit noisy. Overall great experience, and awesome service by the host.

Absolutely perfect. The place is so beautiful we almost never wanted to leave! Top notch amenities, quiet location, comfortable and the rooftop area is just amazing. Concierge service was a bonus, we felt taken care of from start to finish. Overall perfect stay, would highly recommend!
