This place is perfectly located if you're looking for accommodations in Tulum. In walking distance of some local restaurants and felt secure and safe. Some of the cons were that the water wasn't hot for half of the showers, the towels weren't replaced daily, and the concierge had many different people responding so it could get a bit confusing at times. Overall a good option for groups of 5-10.

Amazing house, exactly as described, good location that is a short drive or bike to the town and a reasonable drive to the beach. Overall 10/10

Great place with family. The hospitality team and chefs are outstanding.

This was the perfect spot for our getaway. private, beautiful rooms, a bathroom in every room. The pool area was so relaxing. it was such a nice place to call home for the few days we were there and I would come back in a heartbeat.<br/>Beach Please also did an amazing job accommodating our every request. our group had the best time. Thank you, Maive! we will be back at Villa88!!

This place is very beautiful and clean. The private security was a very nice addition making our party feel more than safe. The driver service that was provided for an additional cost was amazing and definitely recommended. Finally the concierge staff are always available and respond promptly at all requests we made.

Maive’s place is very nice and great for groups. The house is very private and each bedroom was very nice. The management company was very responsive and helpful - with daily housekeeping, security, etc. Great air conditioning and the internet was also pretty fast. We used the chef service recommended by the management company and they were also great.

Gorgeous house with hotel-like amenities. The area has a lot of great areas within walking distance and a 10 minute drive to the beach. The staff was very responsive and super helpful. Air-conditioning and bedrooms were very comfortable and clean!

Amazing stay! This is such a beautiful home! Spacious rooms with lots of hangers. Big kitchen! Lovely outdoor space for entertaining! Close to a few places to eat and not a long drive to downtown area- nice that it was more secluded at night! We felt very safe and the staff was amazing setting up everything we needed!

I threw my best friends bachelorette. The house was gorgeous. Only flaw is that the power went out a total of 6 times. I’d still come back

This place was beautiful! Looked exactly like the pictures, and the team was so helpful with everything! Especially booking taxis + transportation. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

Amazing space!

We loved the place! We had so much fun at the pool. The house was huge for my family, with lots of space for entertainment. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. All the staff were very friendly and kind! Quick response to any questions we had. Felt very secure all the time. Had a security guard outside every night. I recommend 100%. Will definitely come back to stay with you guys again!

Great place amazing host

We loved our experience in this house! The staff was great with communication, we felt safe and comfortable in their clean environment. The house looks even more amazing in real life! The staff helped us arrange drivers for each night, massages at the house and provided security throughout the night. We really don't have anything negative to say about this place! Would stay there again.

Maive and her staff were great! They were very helpful and communicative. We had a group of 8 people (four adults and four kids ages 11, 12, 14 & 16) the layout of the bedrooms worked great for us! We had a few bumps in the road that were quickly<br/>A few things to note about Mexico:<br/>There is an app/website for ordering delivery/takeout. Ask your concierge team about it. <br/>TAKE CASH. so many things require cash payment! Cabs/excursions/restaurants/souvenirs <br/>Also, many places tend to set their own exchange rates if your paying in American dollars. <br/>Dealing with the cab system is confusing. There are set prices for some areas but not all. It’s incredibly expensive to travel from the beach, for example.

Beautiful place to stay. Enough room for a large group but the 2 villa also have everyone enough room to space out when needed. Highly recommended

Easily sleeps and accommodates 12.<br/>Wonderful to have a bathroom in each of the guest rooms plus a 2 piece bathroom off the kitchen/living room.<br/>Hosts were quick to respond to our texts and did what they could to solve any issues for us.<br/>Setting was very pretty and definitely felt tropical.<br/>Lovely touch to have a small Christmas tree set up for Christmas day.

Exactly as described! The house was beautiful, plenty of space and a good location - about 20 minutes from everything we had planned! The concierge services were so responsive and helpful! They helped us book our whole trip perfectly. We had 8 people total with us and had so much room, plenty of bathrooms and common spaces. The housekeeping and security were a nice touch. We felt right at home and definitely would come back!
